Campus ReLeaf UpdateCampus ReLeaf logoThe anniversary of the January 2007 ice storm has recently passed. The Missouri State Campus still bears the marks from the damage, but generous alumni, friends, faculty and staff of the University made gifts to Campus ReLeaf to support reforestation. The historic quad in front of Carrington Hall is the initial focus of the reforestation project. By spring of 2008, plans are to have planted two Dawn Redwood and four London Planes. These trees were selected based on historical fit, formal shape, prominence and health and durability. This is one of the first plantings scheduled in a multi-year comprehensive landscape management plan.  Thank you to everyone who made a gift.  You can still help with Campus ReLeaf. Please make a gift today!  For more information contact the Missouri State University Foundation at 417-836-4143.
