The Ozarks Heritage Resource Center at Missouri State University-West Plains accepts selected donations for its artifact and archival collection. Before an item is accepted into the collection, it must be reviewed by our committee.

What types of items does the OHRC collect?
Books Diaries Digital materials Manuscripts Maps Music Newspaper clippings Oral history tapes/CDs (include identifying information) Personal/professional papers and/or correspondence Photographs (with subjects/locations identified) Public records Prints Sound recordings
What types of items does the OHRC typically NOT collect?
We typically do not accept: Family bibles Wedding dresses Unidentified photographs Items from outside our geographic region
How do I donate objects, images, or documents to the collection?
